One Decision is a fast-paced, weekly show that’s hosted by the former head of MI6, Sir Richard Dearlove and rotating cast of cohosts scattered across the globe from LA to the UK.

As the production manager, I handle all of the logistics surrounding scheduling hosts, high-profile guests like Senators and foreign of state, all while juggling tight availability schedules and a half-dozen timezones.

It’s given me a chance to expand my audio + video production tool kit through handling the logistical and budgetary aspects of a complex video production shoot schedule via Monday.com. I also serve as the client-facing point person and coordinate weekly, and monthly meetings with the production team. client, and booking team to constantly keep the show fresh and moving forward.

This has been a unique opportunity for me to intertwine my creative writing and producing skills through a logistics and planning lens.
